Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand. During high-volume periods such as new product launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may extend slightly.
Once your order has been processed and packaged, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package while it makes its way to you.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package if any issues arise.
